Registered some months ago to take the freeplay offer, after i deposited the bonus from freeplay offer was not added, and the livechat said i took too many freeplay offers in there caisno group and cant take anymore freeplay offers until i play and deposit without any bonus. Livechat needs much time to connect and answer. So i was banned from taking the freeplay offers in this casino group and after that never deposited there :D
